C&C Property Care - Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Cancellations
- Appointments can be made via message, phone or email.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee.
2. Access & Safety
- The customer must ensure safe access to the property and the areas to be cleaned.
- We cannot move heavy furniture or items unless agreed in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
3. Payments
- Payment is due on completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, contactless card or Apple/samsung pay.
- Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.
4. Interior Cleaning
- Results depend on the condition of the property at the time of cleaning.
- We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, wear, or damage.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
5. Exterior Cleaning & Power Washing
- Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if needed.
- Some staining, moss or marks may not be fully removable.
- Customers must inform us of any fragile surfaces, loose tiles, or prior damage.
6. Damage & Liability
- We are fully insured.
- Any damage caused by us must be reported within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
7. Products & Equipment
- We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.
- Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements before the appointment.
8. Photos & Marketing
- With permission, before/after photos may be taken for marketing purposes.
- No images will include personal or identifiable information without consent.
9. Satisfaction
- We take pride in our work and aim for high standards on every job.
- If you're not satisfied, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
